Gold edition... its DLCs are awesome

Yes, the Gold edition having both the The Curse of the Pharaohs and The Hidden Ones DLC's is actually worth it. And it'll also had a few new golden wepoans but rather interesting ones to use every now and then when you're looking for a change of fighting style and eventually related pace.
Although I oftenly prefer to do the stealthy approach and use Predator Bows to snipe from afar, I aloso enjoy doing infiltrations to deal with foes and thus mostly try to use the Hidden Blade (when it has already have been awarded to you across main memories' / story's progression).

And if the Reda's "Daily Quests" and the Trials of the Gods "Weekly Community Challenges" are still working inside Assassin's Creed: Origins then all other golden weapons you could easily obtain through both of those, although beware because the later usually requires you to be at least level 40 and have a decent golden weapons set on you (i.e., probably right after killing a few Phylakes that start to chase you at some point of the game).
